In Greene County district court a judgment was entered Nov. 13 against Donna Rae Bridgeman, 48, of Jefferson on charge of public intoxication, amended from public intoxication-third offense. The judgment was for time served. She must pay a $48 sheriff’s fee and $100 court costs.
Persons pleaded not guilty at arraignments Oct. 31 as follows: Matthew C. Schoenfeld, 19, of Ames, harboring runaway against wishes of parent; and Christopher Brian Quirk, 31, of Jefferson, theft-second degree, burglary-third degree (class D felony), burglary-third degree (class D aggravated misdemeanor), forgery (six counts), and ongoing criminal conduct. Trial dates were set for Jan. 28 for Schoenfeld and for Dec. 2 for Quirk.
Cases were initiated in district court during the week of Nov. 11-15 as follows: Paul Leon Renwanz, 48, of Jefferson, possession of marijuana-third offense, and possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver; Regina Fae Renwanz, 42, of Boone, possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, and possession of marijuana; and Steven Edward Hopkins, 39, of Perry, domestic abuse assault-aggravated.
